Key Responsibilities:

Direct Sales to Customers:

Actively engage in sales activities including identifying, contacting, and meeting with

potential customers.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, negotiating and closing deals to

drive revenue growth.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Customer Engagement:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and

providing excellent customer service.

Regularly update customers on new products, services, and promotions to enhance

customer loyalty.

Sales Strategy:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with the company's goals and

objectives.

Work closely with the sales leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets

and drive market expansion.

Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and analyze competitor activities to

identify areas for improvement and growth.

Budget and Resource Management:

Manage and allocate resources effectively to maximize sales efforts.

Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure

alignment and support for sales activities.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales leadership

team.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and

market intelligence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

(Master degree preferred).

A proven track record of 5-10 years of successful sales account management, preferably in

the EV charging industry or a related industry.

Strong understanding of EV charging technology, market dynamics, and industry trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
