$Starting Salary $18+hr & commissions(10-50% of salary depending on performances)
Responsibilities
• Work closely with hiring manager to assess and meet daily staffing goals and quotas
• Assist hiring manager with interviews, record keeping, orientation, and employee issues
• Perform work eligibility verifications
• Help hiring manager run payroll if needed
• Interact with online databases and Excel spreadsheets for record keeping purposes
• Coordinate interviews via email communication with candidates and supervisors/managers
• Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals
• Conduct interviews with candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls and in-person meetings)
Requirements
• Experience in recruitment is preferred but not required
• Basic computer skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Spanish bilingual
