Qualifications:

• Proficient in Excel, Logistics related Software
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and quick learning capability for new software.
• Strong organizational skills .
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and documentation thoroughness.
• Spanish Bilingual

Job Duties :

• Workorder Management: Handle customer requests, consult the Statement of Work (SOW) to identify necessary materials, and allocate these materials efficiently.
• Monitoring and Documentation: Monitor the process of parts exchange by field workers, ensure correct parts collection after job completion, and maintainaccurate records of these activities.
• System Data Entry: Input new work orders into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including material allocation and defective partscollection, managing an expected volume of 200 or more work orders per day.
• System Data Entry: enter all receiving and shipping data into an inventory control System including defective parts
• Operational Support: Provide essential support to field workers by ensuring they have the materials and information needed for task completion, addressing logistical challenges in the work order process.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• This Position require previous experinces with ERP / SAP or any Work Order Systems. 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
