Shipping / Receiving / Packing Specialists

- Receive incoming shipments, inspecting for accuracy and recording items into inventory systems
- Pack orders according to packing slips or customer specifications, ensuring items are properly sealed and labeled for shipment
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and staging orders for pickup or delivery
- Load and unload goods from trucks or containers, utilizing proper lifting techniques to handle items weighing up to 50lbs
- Maintain organized records of shipments, inventory, and receiving documentation
- Utilize computer systems to update inventory records, generate reports, and communicate with team members
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Adhere to safety standards and procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and packing preferred
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues in a dynamic work environment.
