Ads Sales Planner [Hybrid]

What you’ll do
As a sales planner, you will be responsible to support our Customer Success and Sales team in executing advertiser’s campaign goals. Specifically, you will build supporting materials for our advertisers, manage the internal process of the pre-sales campaign life cycle and play an active role in RFP/RFIs, proposals building and IO approvals.

Please note that the Sales Planner position is based in New York City and is s a one year contracted role.

Key responsibilities
• Manage and execute the pre-sales process based on the opportunities and goals clients present.
• Play a key role in building RFPs and IO approvals while ensuring timelines and goals are met.
• Work cross functionally with varying departments (Ad Operations, Inventory, Revnue Ops, etc.)
• Develop a deep understanding of Samsung Ads products and sales offerings.
• Support Customer Success Managers to create and track proposals, analyze post campaign delivery and billing.
• Create processes as needed to streamline efficiencies while working with the CSM leadership team.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• 2-3 years’ experience as a Sales Planner and/ or in ad sales, CTV or buying experience (a plus)
• Experience with media planning, building RFP/RFIs (an asset)
• Proficiency with Microsoft office Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
• Proven knowledge of Media Math and sales cycle.
• Deep understanding of Media planning and account teaming
• Good knowledge of digital advertising and its relationship with traditional advertising.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage the needs of multiple stakeholders and adhere to timelines.
• Very detailed-oriented and mindful of the impact of the quality of her/his work on the business.
• Flexible and tolerant to ambiguity.
• Independent and driven to succeed.
• True team player: takes full accountability for assigned tasks and believes in the importance of adhering to and communicating deadlines.
