The CS Logistics and Warehouse Specialist is an integral role
responsible for managing the complete process of work order fulfillment, overseeing
Customer Service (CS) parts in the site warehouse, and handling the warehousing and
disposition of defective products. This position requires hands-on work, including
operating forklifts, using carrying tools, and handling packaging machines to ensure
timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers, efficient inventory management,
and proper management of returned defective products.
Work Order Fulfillment Management: Accurately locate, pack, and dispatch
goods to customers based on work order information. This includes hands-on
operations such as using forklifts, carrying tools, and packaging machines to
ensure products are handled safely and efficiently.
CS Parts Site Warehouse Management: Oversee the management of CS
parts, ensuring accurate physical inventory and availability for operational needs.
Perform regular stock audits and manage inventory using both manual and
automated systems.
Defective Products Management: Manage the warehousing of defective
products, determining whether they require further analysis at headquarters or in-
house disposal, following company policies and environmental standards.
System Data Entry: enter all receiving and shipping data into an inventory
control System including defective parts
Inventory Control: Implement inventory control measures to maintain accurate
records and minimize discrepancies. Use warehouse management systems
(WMS) and inventory control software proficiently.
Customer and Team Coordination: Serve as a liaison, ensuring effective
communication between customers, the logistics team, and other departments
regarding shipments, inventory, and defective product handling.
Compliance and Safety: Maintain compliance with legal and company policies,
focusing on safety standards and environmental regulations, particularly when
operating machinery and handling goods.
Demonstrate exceptional adaptability and flexibility, ready to embrace additional
responsibilities or projects as assigned by management.
Experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field, with hands-on
experience operating forklifts, carrying tools, and packaging machines.
Knowledge of inventory management practices and supply chain operations.
Prior work experience in electronic manufacturing or related industries.
Familiarity with electronic components, devices, and assembly processes.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines, with
excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control
software.
